COMPLAINTS

Anyone may file a complaint.  Examples of complaints include: concerns about quality of care, rudeness of a provider, a provider not respecting Participant rights, a concern about Optum or suspicious behavior.  Complaints received are strictly confidential.  If you have questions, please call the Optum Alaska Medicaid helpline for assistance.
